Graduation

SPRING 2020 GRADUATION APPLICATION DEADLINE
If you intend to graduate in May, but haven't applied, please reach out to your academic advisor by Thursday, November 7, to begin the process. Applications received after the deadline may be subject to a late application fee.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING GRADUATION CERTIFICATION, DIPLOMAS AND OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
The Office of the Registrar strives to process graduates and print diplomas in a timely manner. It is always our intent to mail diplomas within the timeframes outlined below:

  • Fall diplomas will be mailed between February 1-15
  • Spring diplomas will be mailed between July 1-15
  • Summer diplomas will be mailed between September 1-15

Diplomas are for display purposes only. Official transcripts and degree verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse are the only two official methods of providing proof of credential.

If an award date is present on your unofficial transcript within MyBridge, you are clear to request an official transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse at www.getmytranscript.com as long as you have no financial obligation to BridgeValley.
