Official Academic Transcript Request

***Effective July 1, 2017, BridgeValley will no longer provide the first official transcript at no cost. However, you may continue to access your unofficial transcripts, via your MyBridge account, at no cost.***


Transcripts can be ordered via the Web 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse at You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates are available via mobile text message and will also be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Students ordering transcripts via the National Student Clearinghouse, who have designated campus pick up, should call 304-205-6700 to ensure transcript availability prior to attempting to retrieve the requested transcript. Any financial obligations to the college, on behalf of the student, must be satisfied before transcripts will be released.


Official Academic Transcript Request Form

To request an official academic transcript, an Academic Transcript Request form must be completed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. You may submit this form in person by visiting the Office of the Registrar on the ground floor in Building 2000 on the South Charleston campus or on the 2nd floor in Davis Hall on the Montgomery campus. Alternatively, forms may also be faxed to 304-734-6634, emailed to, or mailed to the following address:

Any financial obligations to the college, on behalf of the student, must be satisfied before transcripts will be released. Each transcript is $10.00. Please make checks and/or money orders payable to:

If you would like to request more than one transcript, please complete a separate form for each request. It is the responsibility of the person requesting the transcript to provide correct and legible address and payment information. Payments made by debit/credit card may be submitted via phone by calling 304-734-6649 or 304-205-6602. For your convenience, a debit/credit card payment block has been included on the bottom of the form. Rather than call with payment information, you may opt to enter your information in the block or enclose a check with the form.
