Official Academic Transcript Request


Transcripts may be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse at Multiple orders may be placed in one session and payments may be made using any major credit or debit card. The payment method will not be charged until the order has been processed.

Order updates are available via text message, email, or directly on the transcript ordering page by entering the order number and email address used to place the order.

Transcripts may be picked up in Davis Hall, room 206, on the Montgomery campus or in Building 2000, room 012, on the South Charleston campus. Failure to identify a campus as the pickup destination in the transcript order notes may significantly delay transcript processing. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of retrieval. Requestors who have specified "Hold for Pickup" should call 304-205-6700 to ensure transcript availability prior to attempting to retrieve the transcript.

Transcripts cannot be released if the student (current or former) is financially obligated (e.g. tuition, fees, books, equipment, property damage, etc.) to the institution.
