BridgeValley's Veterinary Technology Program, a collaborative program with Carver Career Center, is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (CVTEA).

*The program's three-year average VTNE passage rate percentage for first-time test takers did not meet the required benchmark. Programs on Probationary accreditation are still officially accredited.  Graduates from programs on Probationary accreditation are graduates of an AVMA CVTEA-accredited program.

Certification and Credentialing Examination: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)                                                                    

The ARRT is the world's largest organization offering credentials in medical imaging, interventional procedures, and radiation therapy. The ARRT certifies and registers technologists in a range of disciplines by overseeing and administering education, ethics, and examination requirements. https://www.arrt.org

The Board of Examiners was created to promote, preserve, and protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of West Virginia by licensing individuals who use ionizing radiation as medical imaging professionals. The Board is fully funded by license application fees. West Virginia Code §30-23-1 authorizes the Board to regulate the following licenses.
