Tri-State Recruitment Initiative

Under a new program titled, ‘Tri-State Recruitment Initiative’ or TRI, BridgeValley Community & Technical College and Manpower will work together to strengthen job placement candidacy for BridgeValley students and alumni. The partnership gives students and alumni access to a team of recruiters at Manpower to better assist with career preparedness and placement.

Manpower is a full-service staffing and recruiting company that connects qualified applicants with regional employers throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio and beyond. Manpower has serviced the Tri-State for nearly 50 years and is well-positioned to strengthen job outlook for BridgeValley’s stakeholders.

What does TRI offer BridgeValley students:

·       Career coaching and assistance to help students align skills with professional opportunities at no cost to students

·       Resume assistance and career preparedness

·       Exposure to more jobs and employer introductions

·       Expanding the number of internships to current and future students
