The BridgeValley – CentiMark Commercial Roofing training program will use a blended methodology of classroom instruction, online learning and on-the-job training. The program will accept 25 students annually and students may be hired as CentiMark employees during the fall semester.
 
During the fall semester, students will have 8 hours of classroom instruction each week and may work up to 32 hours per week for on-the-job training.  There is a potential for weekend assignments for project make up days.
During the spring semester, students will have the option to choose a path of either Commercial Roofing Foreman or Project Management Leader.
 
In addition, there will be a progression of skills and testing for those skills to allow students to obtain their apprenticeship status. If, hired, employee wages will begin at $21-25 per hour based on experience and completion of the initial GAF training.
