The BridgeValley – CentiMark Commercial Roofing training program will use a blended methodology of classroom instruction, online learning and on-the-job training. The program will accept 25 students annually and students will be hired as CentiMark employees at the beginning of the fall semester.
During the fall semester, students will have 8 hours of classroom instruction each week and work 32 hours per week with potential for weekend assignments for project make up days.
During the spring semester, students will have the option to choose a path of either Commercial Roofing Foreman or Project Management Leader.
In addition, there will be a progression of skills and testing for those skills to allow students to obtain their apprenticeship status. Employee wages will begin at $21-25 per hour based on experience and completion of the initial GAF training.
