Official transcripts are available exclusively through National Student Clearinghouse.

Students are advised to review their unofficial transcript for accuracy (final grades, academic standing, earned credentials, etc.) prior to requesting an official transcript. This is particularly important when requesting transcripts at the end of a semester. OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


Official transcript delivery options include:

1. EMAIL (Blue-Ribbon PDF) to the recipient email address provided during the request process. Electronic transcripts are typically transmitted the same day the request is received. In many cases, electronic transcripts are transmitted within just a few minutes.

2. MAIL (SecurePrint) to the recipient mailing address provided during the request process. Paper transcripts are processed and mailed from an off-site location. Therefore, paper transcripts are not available for pickup on campus. Click here for more information on paper transcript delivery.


Order updates are available on the transcript order status page by entering the order number and email address used to place the order. ALL REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED BY THE NATIONAL STUDENT CLEARINGHOUSE AND CANNOT BE MODIFIED BY BRIDGEVALLEY.
