Visit, select BridgeValley Community and Technical College from the menu, and follow the on-screen instructions to begin your request.

Students are advised to review their unofficial transcripts for accuracy (recently earned credentials, in progress courses, etc.) prior to ordering an official transcript. Review of unofficial transcripts is particularly important when requesting transcripts at the end of a semester. Students should verify final grades, academic standing, and any earned credentials are correctly reflected on their unofficial transcript prior to requesting an official transcript.

Official transcript delivery options include:

1. Email (secure PDF) to the recipient email address provided during the request process
2. Mail to the recipient mailing address provided during the request process - paper transcripts are processed and mailed from an off-site location - pickup is not available

Order updates are available on the transcript order status page by entering the order number and email address used to place the order. Requests are processed by the National Student Clearinghouse and cannot be modified by BridgeValley.
