Official Academic Transcript Request

www.GetMyTranscript.com

ATTENTION: TEMPORARY CAMPUS CLOSURE DUE TO PANDEMIC

All transcript requests for students who attended BridgeValley (Bridgemont or Kanawha Valley) after 2012 are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse and are delivered to the email address provided during the request process. The recipient will receive a secure, Adobe-certified, blue ribbon PDF. If you attended prior to 2012, please email Registrar@BridgeValley.edu.

Please review your unofficial transcript, via MyBridge, for accuracy (credit hours, final grades, awarded degrees, etc.), prior to submitting your request. Your official transcript will contain the same information reflected on your unofficial transcript.

Electronic transcript requests are processed automatically and your payment method is charged by the National Student Clearinghouse. BridgeValley cannot modify your request or reverse the charge.

Unofficial transcripts are only available through your MyBridge student account.

Any and all obligations to the college must be satisfied before official transcripts can be released or unofficial transcripts can be accessed.
