Strategic Plan
To advance its Mission, Vision, and Values, BridgeValley’s Strategic Plan is guided by five primary goals that support student achievement, institutional effectiveness, and community impact.
Goal 1: Enrollment Growth & Sustainability
Increase access to BridgeValley programs by strengthening marketing, outreach, partnerships,
and recruitment strategies; expanding early college and dual enrollment pathways;
targeting high-potential populations; streamlining enrollment processes; and ensuring
clear, supportive pathways to financial aid and student services.
Goal 2: Student Retention & Completion
Support student persistence and timely completion through comprehensive academic,
financial, and personal support systems; strong employer partnerships that connect
learning to work; enhanced high school transitions; and curricula aligned with clear
career and credential outcomes.
Goal 3: Institutional Effectiveness & Sustainability
Promote continuous improvement and long-term stability through data-informed decision-making,
responsible resource management, enrollment planning, expanded continuing education
opportunities, innovative partnerships, and the strategic use of emerging technologies
to enhance operations and planning.
