From within your MyBridge student portal:
1. Click Student SSB
2. Click Student Records and Registration
3. Click Transcripts
4. Select All Levels and Two-Column
5. Click Submit
6. Click the printer icon to print or save your transcript as a PDF

Official transcripts are available exclusively through National Student Clearinghouse.
Students are advised to review their unofficial transcripts for accuracy (final grades,
academic standing, earned credentials, etc.) prior to requesting an official transcript.
This is particularly important when requesting transcripts at the end of a semester.

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
BridgeValley Community and Technical College is the custodian of record for credits, degrees, and attendance from fall 2008 and later at the Community and Technical College at West Virginia State University and the Community and Technical College at West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Verification of credit, degrees, and attendance prior to fall 2008 must be requested from those institutions. Due to the origin of the BridgeValley student record database, it is possible for pre-fall 2008 credits to appear on a BridgeValley-issued transcript. It is the requestor's responsibility to ensure they are requesting transcripts and/or verification from the appropriate institution.
BridgeValley is the custodian of record for all credits earned at Bridgemont Community and Technical College and Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College.
Official transcript delivery options include:
1. EMAIL (Blue-Ribbon PDF): Digital transcripts are emailed to the requestor-provided recipient email address typically within 24 hours.
2. MAIL (SecurePrint): Paper transcripts are mailed to the requestor-provided mailing address.
Paper transcripts are processed off-site and cannot be picked up on campus.
