Important Dates and Deadlines
Important dates and deadlines vary depending on the office, but it is important that students attempt to complete all required steps of the enrollment process at least four weeks prior to the start of the academic term they plan to enroll in. Admissions Deadlines
While there are no set deadlines for students to be generally admitted to BridgeValley
Community and Technical College, the Admissions Office will review applications based
on the date that an applicant’s last required item or document was received. You
must be at least provisionally admitted for the appropriate entry term to register
for courses at BridgeValley.
The Admissions Office requests at least two business days upon the time that an application
was submitted for it to be reviewed. Please allow at least 5 business days for transcripts
and documents to be added to your account upon being received by the Admissions Office.
If a student is provisionally admitted, they are eligible to register for courses.
Students are allowed to begin their studies at BridgeValley while still provisionally
admitted but will not be eligible for aid or be eligible to register for their second
semester of courses until they are fully admitted. Applicants should review the ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS for each student type to understand what it takes to be fully admitted.

Financial Aid Deadlines
The Financial Aid Office has separate dates and deadlines regarding the FAFSA, appeals,

Registration Deadlines
Students must schedule an appointment with an advisor to register for courses at BridgeValley.
Students are encouraged to sign up for an appointment as soon as registration opens
for the appropriate semester.
