Who Is A Transfer Student?
A student is considered a Transfer Student when they have completed college coursework
after graduating from high school or receiving the equivalent to a high school diploma.
Why BridgeValley?
If you have previously taken courses at a 2 or 4-year College or university, BridgeValley
is a great place to continue your education! Students often find that the small class
sizes, low cost of attendance, and proximity to home are a better fit for their needs.
We welcome students to apply no matter how recent or distant your prior college experience
may be.
BridgeValley maintains an open-door admissions policy; meaning no matter your prior
college GPA and no matter when you apply, you are still eligible for admission to
the college. While there is no deadline to complete the admission process, it is
particularly important for transfer students to supply transcripts as soon as possible
to allow sufficient time to evaluate them.
How Will My Credits Transfer
BridgeValley Community & Technical College cannot make any guarantees regarding transfer
credits without an official review by the Office of the Registrar.
However, if you’re interested in seeing what credits have transferred in the past,
or learning about our articulation agreements, you can do so HERE.
