Student Account Information

Your BridgeValley student account provides access many services through a single login. 

Initial Account Access

Setting up your BridgeValley account is quick and easy. To get started, check the email you used in your application for a message from the Admissions department titled “BridgeValley Acceptance Letter.” This email contains the details needed to access your account.

To log in, go to the BridgeValley homepage, click on the MyBridge link, and enter your student email and the temporary password from the acceptance letter on the Microsoft login page.

You will be prompted to provide additional information to enable extra security for your student account. Click "Next" through the prompts and follow the instructions to complete the security setup. After completing the "more information needed" step, you'll be prompted to create a new password. We recommend choosing a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. A good password should be at least 12 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a number, or a special character. For a more memorable password, consider using a line from your favorite movie, song, or book.

MyBridge

The MyBridge portal provides access to all the key resources and services you’ll need throughout your time at BridgeValley. This includes student email, library resources, tutoring, the bookstore, and job placement services. You’ll also find Student SSB on this page, where you can view your student records, such as grades, transcripts, class schedule, billing, and financial aid information.

Microsoft 365

All BridgeValley CTC student accounts have access to Microsoft 365 services, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive cloud storage. Active students can also download and use the full Microsoft Office Suite at no additional cost. Steps to install the Office 365 suite is found here: How to install Office on personal devices

Student Email

BridgeValley CTC student email is hosted via Gmail and uses single sign-on for easy access. The quickest way to check your email is by using the student email link in MyBridge (see the MyBridge section for access steps). Alternatively, you can go to gmail.com, enter your student email, and you'll be redirected to the Microsoft login page to continue the login process.

Setting up access to your student email on your mobile device is easy. When adding a new email account in your email app, simply select the Google option from the list.
