To reserve a room for BridgeValley business or a BridgeValley-sponsored event, the process is simple. Follow these steps to initiate your reservation:
- Login to SharePoint
- Click Operations Request
- Click Event Request & Room Reservations
- Answer a few questions about your event
External agencies are required to provide the following:
- A signed Facility Use Agreement.
- A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming BridgeValley as a certificate holder
- Payment remitted to BridgeValley Community & Technical College per the Facility Use Rate Schedule space.
