TUITION AND FEES MUST BE PAID BY JANUARY 2, 2025 FOR FALL SEMESTER.

Students are required to pay their tuition and fees or qualify for one of the payment arrangement options listed below by January 2nd for Fall Semester.  Bills for tuition and fees can be found on your MyBridge Account.

Payment can be made online anytime using your MyBridge account. To pay your bill online, follow the steps below:

  • Select My SSB from your student portal
  • Under Billing and Financial Aid, select Account Information
  • Click on the Pay Now button in the top right corner
  • Select the correct term you are paying from the list provided, it will show the current amount due, if any, for each term.
    • Please note:  You can type over the full amount due and enter the amount you wish to pay if you want to participate in one of the approved payment plans.

Payment can be made in the Cashier’s Office in South Charleston, Building 2000, Room 305 or by calling (304) 205-6602 during business hours at the following days and times.

  • Cashier Office Hours:   Monday-Friday  8:00 am - 4:00 pm

PLEASE NOTE:  Students who have not paid or made a payment arrangement by the deadline will not be permitted to attend class and will have their schedules removed from registration.

 

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

The following qualify as payment arrangements:

  • Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA application is available online at https://studentaid.gov. The BridgeValley school code is 040386.  To check the status of your financial aid application, visit the Financial Aid section of your MyBridge account, contact Financial Aid at [email protected], or visit the Financial Aid Office on your local campus during business hours.
  • Authorization by a third party such as National Guard, Veterans Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, TAA or WIOA.
  • 60/40 Plan:  60% of the tuition and fees are due by January 2, 2025 and the remaining 40% is due by February 21, 2025.   A $50 payment plan fee will be applied to students on partial payment plans.
