To nominate a deserving individual, complete the Employee of the Month Nomination Form and submit it to Human Resources by the 15th of the month for consideration.

EOTM: Matt Belmont and Charles "Chuck" Cruikshank
This month, BridgeValley Community & Technical College is proud to recognize two dedicated members of our Campus Services team whose tireless work has kept our Montgomery campus running through one of the toughest challenges it has faced in recent memory. Please join us in celebrating Matt Belmont and Charles "Chuck" Cruikshank.
When extensive flooding struck Davis, the Montgomery campus building sustained significant damage. In the weeks since, Matt and Chuck have led the charge to clean up and restore the building — and they've done it under difficult conditions, working without functioning elevators and without air conditioning while the units are being replaced.
Matt Belmont, Campus Service Worker, and Charles "Chuck" Cruikshank, Lead Campus Service Worker, have shown exactly the kind of grit and dedication that keeps BridgeValley running. Their willingness to put in the hard, physical work — often in uncomfortable and challenging conditions — to restore a safe and functional space for students and staff reflects the very best of our campus community.
