This program will prepare student's for a career in advanced manufacturing technology while completing their high school degree requirements. Advanced Manufacturing students receive training through hands-on experience in a multi-million dollar lab that replicates conditions seen in our industry. This program is designed to align with regional workforce demands, offering students experience with robotics, automation and precision manufacturing technologies. This program prepares them for apprenticeships, post-secondary training or direct employment.BVCTC accepts juniors and seniors in high school into this dynamic, accelerated degree
program. It’s designed to empower students to complete their high school degree requirements
and academic major program classes simultaneously. After high school graduation, these
students need just one more year to complete their associate degree. Graduates from
the WIN Academy have either chosen complete their associate degree at BridgeValley
or transfer their college courses to other institutions of higher education.
Students will learn:
- Approaches to problem-solving, critical thinking, executive functioning, and technical operation skills necessary for success
- Hands-on learning
- Simulation lab experiences
- Best practices and strategies
