Graduation Application

 

GRADUATION APPLICATION

All graduation applications are submitted exclusively through the online graduation application.

To submit a graduation application, select the appropriate application link, log in with your BridgeValley-issued email, and complete the application. The application extracts information from your student email account, so please be sure to submit the application from your account. Applications submitted by anyone other than the student will not accepted. If you experience difficulty accessing the application, please verify you are not logged in with a personal Office 365 account (@microsoft.com, @hotmail.com, etc.).

  1. A separate graduation application is required for each credential.
  2. Students who do not meet all graduation requirements upon completion of their intended semester of graduation must reapply for graduation in the future semester of anticipated completion.
  3. Students requesting an incomplete grade in their final semester must reapply for graduation in the semester coinciding with the resolution of the incomplete grade.

Questions regarding your progress toward a specific credential should be directed to your academic advisor. It is your responsibility to meet with your academic advisor to ensure you're on track to graduate. All applicable supporting documentation for your credential (e.g. course exceptions, OJT hours, standardized credit, etc.) must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the last day of the semester in which you are applying to graduate.

BridgeValley's annual Commencement is held each May. Commencement celebrates graduates from the previous summer and fall graduating classes as well as spring graduation candidates for the semester coinciding with the ceremony. If you graduated in the summer or fall semester immediately preceding Commencement, you do not need to submit a spring graduation application to participate in the ceremony. All students participating in the ceremony must wear appropriate regalia (cap & gown).

 


Summer 2026 Graduation Application - This application cycle will open on May 18, 2026. The deadline to apply is August 7, 2026.
Graduates of the Summer 2026 semester may participate in Commencement 2027.

 


Fall 2026 Graduation Application - This application cycle will open on August 24, 2026. The deadline to apply is December 12, 2026.
Graduates of the Fall 2026 semester may participate in Commencement 2027.

 


Spring 2027 Graduation Application - This application cycle will open on January 19, 2027. The final deadline to apply is May 8, 2027, but students must apply by March 31, 2027 to be included in the Commencement program.
Graduate applicants of the Spring 2027 semester may participate in Commencement 2027.
