GRADUATION APPLICATION
All graduation applications are submitted exclusively through the online graduation application.
To submit a graduation application, select the appropriate application link, log in with your BridgeValley-issued email, and complete the application. The application extracts information from your student email account, so please be sure to submit the application from your account. Applications submitted by anyone other than the student will not accepted. If you experience difficulty accessing the application, please verify you are not logged in with a personal Office 365 account (@microsoft.com, @hotmail.com, etc.).
- Students who do not meet all graduation requirements upon completion of their intended semester of graduation must reapply for graduation in the future semester of anticipated completion.
- Students requesting an incomplete grade in their final semester must reapply for graduation in the semester coinciding with the resolution of the incomplete grade.
Questions regarding your progress toward a specific credential should be directed to your academic advisor. It is your responsibility to meet with your academic advisor to ensure you're on track to graduate. All applicable supporting documentation for your credential (e.g. course exceptions, OJT hours, standardized credit, etc.) must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the last day of the semester in which you are applying to graduate.
BridgeValley's annual Commencement is held each May. Commencement celebrates graduates from the previous summer and fall graduating classes as well as spring graduation candidates for the semester coinciding with the ceremony. If you graduated in the summer or fall semester immediately preceding Commencement, you do not need to submit a spring graduation application to participate in the ceremony. All students participating in the ceremony must wear appropriate regalia (cap & gown).
Summer 2024 Graduation Application - This application cycle has closed.
Graduates of the Summer 2024 semester may participate in Commencement 2025 at 6:00PM,
Friday, May 9 at Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
The deadline to apply for Summer 2024 graduation is August 9, 2024.
Fall 2024 Graduation Application - This application cycle has closed.
Graduates of the Fall 2024 semester may participate in Commencement 2025 at 6:00PM,
Friday, May 9 at Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
The deadline to apply for Fall 2024 graduation is December 6, 2024.
Spring 2025 Graduation Application - THIS APPLICATION WILL OPEN ON JANUARY 2, 2025
Graduate applicants of the Spring 2025 semester may participate Commencement 2025
at 6:00PM, Friday, May 9 at Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
Students who apply by March 31, 2025 WILL be included in the Commencement program.
Students who apply between April 1, 2025 and May 2, 2025 WILL NOT be included in the Commencement program, but may still participate in the ceremony.
