BridgeValley Community and Technical College is the custodian of record for credits, degrees, and attendance from fall 2008 and later at the Community and Technical College at West Virginia State University and the Community and Technical College at West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Verification of credit, degrees, and attendance prior to fall 2008 must be requested from those institutions. Due to the origin of the BridgeValley student record database, it is possible for pre-fall 2008 credits to appear on a BridgeValley-issued transcript. It is the requestor's responsibility to ensure they are requesting transcripts and/or verification from the appropriate institution.
BridgeValley is the custodian of record for all credits earned at Bridgemont Community and Technical College and Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College.

BridgeValley Community and Technical College does not directly provide degree or enrollment verification information to third-party requestors.
PAPER ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION (available to current students only)
A current student in need of a paper enrollment verification must use their school-issued email account to send a written request to [email protected]. The request must contain the student's name, school ID number, the semester in need of verification, and either an email address or mailing address where the verification should be sent.
Please allow up to five business days for processing. There is no charge for a paper enrollment verification requested by a current student.
